Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in cases where:
- You receive a damaged item.
- You receive an incorrect item.
To request an exchange, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging or tags.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances where an exchange is not possible.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item received.
- A brief description of the issue.
